Notting Hill Townhouse Renovation

About This Project

A complete renovation of a Notting Hill 4 story townhouse to create a stunning but functional family home.

Realtime were commissioned by the client and worked closely with the architect, Christiansen Architects https://www.christiansenarch.co.uk and other contractors to ensure the project was completed efficiently and on schedule.

As a young modern family, the brief was to find smart home solutions for a seamless and easy to use experience.  And importantly ensure reliable connectivity across the entire house

The project split into 3 key areas

Lighting and Blind Control

We worked closely with the client to design an intuitive Lutron Homeworks lighting and blind control scheme throughout the house that fitted with their lifestyle. In particular was the main family area situated on the lower ground floor.  This was a large open plan, multi-use space acting as the hub of the house.  We designed and installed Lutron electric blinds with discreet pockets to ensure they were completely invisible when open.

 Wi-Fi and Connectivity

Using our extensive expertise we delivered robust and reliable connect connectivity throughout the house. This was of paramount importance to the client.

Audio Visual

Audio-visual components were also designed sympathetically and with a focus on a discreet yet high performance entertainment system.
