Belgravia House – bespoke lighting project

About This Project

Realtime designed and commissioned this illuminated floating shelving for this Belgravia town house.

Using special bespoke glass and colour changing linear LED luminaries, we designed the shelves to give the eye catching appearance of floating lights coming through the shelving. The special challenge here was to hide the light source in order to make the shelving “float”. In addition special glass was sourced to avoid the green colour found in normal glass. Finally colour linear LED was employed to match the colour temperature of the halogen downlighters.

The highly technical installation was rewarded with a stunning result.
